Today miss heng is not here. Mrs ang took over. Kinda slack la.
i think we only ran 15mins while we are supposed to run 20mins. After running, IT START TO RAIN! so we did some physicals indoor. STEPS, VERTICAL JUMP, SPRINTS, "4sets SUICIDE RUN" it issnt really the actual run la. the coridoor is not long enough. i think its only like 2/3 of the netball court. THUS, everyone completed within 22 secs. Trg ended early like 10 30am. Debriefed about the BBQ, zonals'08, and the NEESOON sth league. im not really sure whats that la. but its a league in Dec.

After trg, met wendy den go eat at NP. strolled awhile den went back home.
