BACK from 2 days netball 'camp'. was damn tiring la! limbs are aching! GOD!
first day, trg start at 8 30AM. physical && courtworks. LUNCH, which i think is horrible for the team. perhaps the food is not clean. hah~ anw, after lunch, bused to kallang for match with tanjong katong. ok i know only the score is impt. so i shall cut short. score 15:22 to them. oh ya. got new team shoe. its ANTA brand. doubt its popular. as long as its comfortable, i dont mind. but its not really that nice too. ;DD
TOday, wokeup aching all over. thought of skipping trg. but.... still went. 'morning jog20mins, steps, static hold, skipping 300x' right? yeayea. our dirtylilsecret. went out for lunch den back for trg in school.
